  • Drop-in! Pre-registration is not necessary unless specified
  • Arrive ten to fifteen minutes early to prepare for class  
  • Bring a bath towel, yoga mat and bottle of water (supplies are available to rent or to buy)

Yin/Yang - yoga $8 class!

In a warm room (75-78 degrees)
- A class that dedicates equal attention to cultivating the yin (receptive) and yang (active) expressions of our yoga practice. This class honours the wisdom opposites reveal in relation to each other by combining a dynamic and powerful flow with postures held in surrendered stillness.

Forrest Yoga

Wednesdays and Fridays 9:30 am (75)  Classes beginning Wedednesday, May 16th
in a warm room (80-85 degrees) Forrest Yoga teaches you to connect to your core, to be strong and centered, through deep, fire building abdominal work. The intense pose sequences are designed to help you develop the skills to awaken each of your senses, and explore the energy of working muscles. The long holds help you progress in the poses and go deeper, lengthening your muscles in a sustainable, and healing way. Aided by the use of heat, your body is freed from toxins; the deep breathing  oxygenates and rejuvenates every cell in your body.

Vinyasa

A dynamic, flowing practice that aligns movement of the body with the pulsation of the breath. Classes are stimulating and transformative, and are optimal for students who crave a physical and meditative practice. Come prepared to sweat, explore, and skilfully expand physical and emotional boundaries! *For students who are ready for a challenge and a great workout!

YIN Fusion
with jacqui
Thursdays at 5:00pm *NEW TIME*
Yin is a grounding, nourishing practice that includes pranayama (breath work) and a series of floor postures that are held for longer periods allowing a slower, safer opening of body tissues. Excellent class for relieving stress, releasing tight areas of the body especially hips and shoulders.

A dynamic class which incorporates a variety of core techniques with asanas and free weights for a mindful empowered experience. Improve muscle tone, range of motion, stability, flexibility and metabolic rate in an integrated class designed to nourish vitality and powerful living.

Pilates
Mondays 5:15PM (60) and Wednesday 5:15PM (60) with Dawn Bossert-Boone
Strengthening exercises that focus on core body strength, strong lean muscles, symmetry, and healthy alignment through efficient and graceful movement with the breath. *Suitable for students of all levels, beginners to advanced practitioners.
